Academic Fanfare Overture 4 '30"  (2022) 

 

Academic Fanfare Overture was originally commissioned by my alma mater, Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA.  It was written for the occasion of the first live concert on campus since the COVID shutdown.  The piece captures the sense of sheer joy, festivity, and celebration after nearly 2 years of isolation and despair. Finally, we can all gather together and make music again.  Hooray!!!
